If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will provide you with a return or exchange service in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Please read the return policy below.

Submit a request: Submit a return or exchange request through our customer service email or return page within 14 days of receiving the item.
Item Return: Please ensure that the item is in perfect condition and include proof of purchase (e.g. order number). You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless there is a quality issue with the item or we sent the wrong item.
Processing Refunds or Exchanges: We will process refunds or exchanges within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be credited to your payment account and the replacement item will be issued within the same timeframe.
